{"id":89,"date":"2013-03-09T11:30:45","date_gmt":"2013-03-09T11:30:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mrbecology.co.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=89"},"modified":"2016-02-24T21:18:18","modified_gmt":"2016-02-24T21:18:18","slug":"biography","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/mrbecology.co.uk\/?page_id=89","title":{"rendered":"Biography"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Louise Hill BA (Hons), MA, Dip LD &#8211;\u00a0 Principal<\/h1> <h3>Qualifications<\/h3> <p>Louise graduated in Biological Sciences (Plant Sciences) from Oxford University in 1993 and obtained a post-graduate Diploma and MA in Landscape Design from the University of Sheffield in 1995.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h3>Work History<\/h3> <p>After carrying out voluntary work assisting the Environmental Records Officer at Doncaster Museum, Louise worked as a freelance ecological surveyor for MRB Ecology and Environment over the summer of 1996 before taking up a full time post as Ecologist in October 1996.<\/p> <p>Since 1999 she has been Principal of MRB and has worked as a freelance ecological consultant on a wide range of projects including participating in and managing large-scale ecological surveys and data collation exercises, compiling site reports, impact assessments and preparing management plans and biodiversity action plans.<\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <h3>Outside Interests<\/h3> <ul> <li>President of the Doncaster Naturalists&#8217; Society 1998\/9 and January 2005 to present.\u00a0 (Treasurer 1999 \u2013 2005).<\/li> <li>Acting Treasurer for Doncaster Biodiversity Action Partnership.
