MRB Ecology and Environment offers a full range of botanical and habitat survey, ecological impact assessment and ecological evaluation services.

The Principal of the Consultancy is Louise Hill. Louise is an ecological consultant and plant ecologist with over sixteen years of experience in field survey, project management and written, visual and verbal reporting and presentations.

The consultancy offers skills such as data collation and analysis, ecological audits, preparation of site management plans and ecological landscape design.

The consultancy also specialises in digital mapping and in developing digital biological recording techniques.

MRB Ecology and Environment has close working links with a number of other experienced surveyors and experts specialising in protected species and other surveys.  Working with these other specialist surveyors when required, the consultancy is able to offer bespoke services to meet our client’s specific project requirements.

The consultancy has developed particular strengths in habitat mapping, detailed botanical field surveys, and survey and assessment of aquatic, post-industrial and quarry environments.
